(HydroSolution), Quebec\u2019s leading provider of water heaters, heat pumps, electric vehicle charging stations and other equipment for the home.\n\nClosing of the acquisition is subject to certain customary conditions.\u202f\u202f\n\nHydroSolution was founded in 1958 and has deep roots operating in Quebec.\u202fThe HydroSolution brand is renowned for its outstanding customer service and will continue to service its loyal customers throughout the province of Quebec.\u202fIt will continue to operate in Quebec under the same name, with the same senior management team and approximately 100 employees.\u202f\n\nHydroSolution is owned by Caisse de d\u00e9p\u00f4t et de placement du Qu\u00e9bec (CDPQ), Groupe Confort Inc., and Industrial Alliance Insurance and Financial Services Inc.
